New Staff Member ~ Jimmy Schmidt

Riding South Magazine is happy to announce that we are expanding into KANSAS ! We now
have a representative, Jimmy Schmidt, in the Wichita area that is going to be handling
distribution and sales in Kansas and northern Oklahoma .
Jimmy has been riding around 35 years, having ridden everything from dirt bikes to sport bikes to
cruisers. He currently has two bikes, ’99 Big dog vintage classic & a ’04 special construction rigid
frame with shovel motor and 12 over springer front end.
With a back ground in manufacturing, Jimmy started as a machinist and the past several years
has been in management. Jimmy is going to be selling for Riding South while also looking
around for new career opportunities. Jimmy is engaged to a “great young lady” named Kandi
and her daughter Zoe. Two cats named Claude and Cinco round out the story.
Jimmy is a member/patch holder of the Boozefighters, Chapter 49 Flinthills and his nick name is
“Leaky” and I have not heard the story on that yet.
